The Kiamichi Owa-Chito Festival of the Forest is a wildly popular event held each June at Beavers Bend State Park in Broken Bow, OK. The festival features forestry competitions and showcases the heritage and culture of Kiamichi Country.

Cabins in Beavers Bend are always booked solidly during this third week of June annual extravaganza as thousands flock to the Broken Bow Lake area from across the ArkLaTex. The event features fantastic food, concerts, pageants, a 5K run and much more, including golf and softball tournaments.
